Call place Customer service need better training

I dial the number I usually call on the app, they place the call and take my credit, but now I dont see the call on my history and my phone company is charging me for an international call place on the same day at the same time, this app has been outdated deleting it because it has cost more problem than help in the last couple of months

I waited on the phone for 5 minutes after greeting a representative he heard me said international funding and transfer me to the automatic service, he didnt ask me if I had a problem which is why I originally called
